In 2023, Controllab further expands its scope of services, establishing the International Clinical Laboratories Accreditation Program (ICLAP)<\/strong>. Built based on the best experiences in accreditation in the Laboratory Medicine segment, ICLAP was born as an innovative program, based on a lean accreditation standard, but with robust and effective requirements, which globally cover all aspects relevant to laboratory medicine. quality in laboratories. The fundamental pillar of the ICLAP Standard is the focus on the patient, using the guidelines of the ISQUa Standard as the prevailing model to address the essential requirements for clinical laboratories to demonstrate a quality management system that focuses on continuous improvement of the quality of its services, contributing to excellence in health care.<\/p>

This Standard, known as the “Clinical Laboratories Excellence Standard” (CLES)<\/strong>, is the first edition of the ICLAP normative standard and was the result of an extensive review of existing quality standards and guides in the laboratory medicine segment, also adding contributions from specialists, in addition to Controllab’s vast experience in this market.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
