In an exclusive interview with Fernando Berlitz, the manager of indicators and accreditations at Controllab<\/a>, the company responsible for Metricare<\/a>, Adriana Helena Sedrez, the technical director of LabVW Laboratory, states that the management of indicators has always been a valued practice at the institution, especially as an accredited laboratory by the PALC program<\/a> of the Brazilian Society of Clinical Pathology and Laboratory Medicine (SBPC\/ML)<\/a>. From our PALC accreditation, it became necessary to compare with our peers to set more accurate metrics to our reality. So, we tried to do this with a nearby laboratory, but despite also being PALC accredited, it had some differences, such as not being a hospital service laboratory like Verner. Additionally, we faced resistance to sharing indicator data that was not adequate,<\/em> she highlights.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
