Currently, TCM offers 14 indicators integrated with Metricare, providing laboratories with dynamic and practical access<\/a> to the comparison of relevant data. According to Fernando, the company’s goal is to expand this integration in response to the growing interest from users for information related to sample collection and laboratory management.<\/p>

– We have integration with our two systems available in the market \u2013 Esmeralda Visual<\/strong> and Esmeralda Connect<\/strong> \u2013 and it works perfectly. This makes it very easy for the user to take full advantage of the benefits that Metricare offers to assist in laboratory management, he stated.<\/p>

Among the benefits, the integration reduces the complexity of data collection and provides better access to information, resulting in more efficient and reliable processes. As a result, there is more time available for benchmarking analysis and for implementing actions that make the laboratory more competitive.<\/p>

Moreover, the implementation of clear metrics and the comparative analysis of indicators not only contribute to more accurate decisions but also assist laboratories in complying with RDC 786\/2023<\/a>.<\/p>

The specialist also emphasized that “every manager should use Metricare, as it is an essential tool to assist in the management and continuous growth of the laboratory.”<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
