In the 2025 edition, Controllab<\/a> proposed a more experiential and participatory SIPAT. The program was led by the Internal Commission for Accident and Harassment Prevention (CIPA), in partnership with the team from Specialized Services in Occupational Safety and Medicine (SESMT) and the Ethics and Combatting Moral and Sexual Harassment Commission (CECA). The event also received strategic support from Firjan SESI<\/a>, which contributed content and activities focused on promoting health at work.<\/p>

In addition to essential topics, the initiative also brought important reflections on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI)<\/strong> in the corporate environment.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
