From July 27 to 31, Controllab<\/a> held another edition of the Internal Workplace Accident Prevention Week (SIPAT)<\/strong>. Under the theme \u201cPrevent and act: everyone\u2019s commitment\u201d, the program featured talks, workshops in partnership with FIRJAN<\/a>, and the SIPAT Challenge, a solidarity initiative to collect aluminum can tabs.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Knowledge as a tool for prevention<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The SIPAT 2026 program brought together experts to share knowledge and raise awareness of topics that directly impact health, safety and well-being. Throughout the week, participants had access to content on accident prevention, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), ethics and harassment prevention, emotional health, and the importance of early diagnosis of different types of cancer.<\/p>

Prevention was also part of the program through an initiative to identify potential health risks, carried out in partnership with the company that provides healthcare services to employees. The initiative helped identify situations that require attention and direct employees to preventive care and follow-up, expanding opportunities to support their health and well-being.<\/p>

These initiatives reinforce Controllab\u2019s commitment to continuously investing in the promotion of an increasingly safe, respectful and healthy workplace, fostering a culture of care that benefits employees, customers and society as a whole.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

In partnership with FIRJAN, Controllab also held practical workshops that encouraged participants to adopt healthier habits in their daily lives. Nutrition, balanced use of technology, the connection between body and mind, and self-care practices were among the topics addressed, expanding learning opportunities and encouraging a holistic approach to health and well-being.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

One of the highlights of the week was the SIPAT Challenge, which brought employees together around a solidarity initiative.<\/p>

The campaign collected nearly 170 kilograms of aluminum can tabs, which were donated to a social and environmental project<\/a>. The initiative demonstrated how collective engagement can generate meaningful results, extending the reach and impact of the activities carried out throughout the week.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
