The online event will highlight the Benchmarking of Indicators in the clinical laboratory, essential to ensure productivity and sustainability for the organization<\/em><\/p>\n

From April 16 to 18, the 1st Virtual National Congress for Quality Assurance Analyzes in Clinical Laboratory and EXPOQUIM<\/a><\/strong>, Oaxaca 2021, will take place, it is organized by the National Federation of Clinical Chemists CONAQUIC and the College of Chemical Analysts and Clinical Research of the State of Oaxaca.<\/p>\n

The Congress offers ample content with speakers from different countries. Controllab<\/a><\/strong>, the largest quality control provider in Brazil and Latin America, will participate by sharing experiences on Benchmarking of Indicators<\/strong>, through the Service Management supervisor, Luiza Bottino.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe expectation is for yet another exchange of knowledge with the Latin American public, making them aware of the importance of self-assessment and knowledge of their performance facing the market players\u201d, comments the Supervisor.<\/p>\n

In partnership with the Brazilian Society of Clinical Pathology\/Laboratory Medicine (SBPC\/ML)<\/a><\/strong>, Luiza will contribute to the theme \u201cBenchmarking of clinical laboratory indicators\u201d. The focus of the theme in this event is yet another opportunity for those who wish to increase their knowledge about the tool and how it contributes to strategic decisions and boosting laboratory performance.<\/p>\n

At the end of March, Controllab<\/strong>, in a similar initiative, brought together some international laboratories to discuss this topic. The meeting enriched the participants’ view of how the laboratory manages to verify in an expanded way the effectiveness of the actions when compared to the market.<\/p>\n
