The course will bring discussions on how the practice of benchmarking laboratory indicators is essential for the management of laboratories and as a support for decision making<\/em><\/p>

In order to improve the use of the tool to help laboratories make more agile and assertive strategic decisions, Controllab<\/a><\/strong> will bring to the discussion at the 2nd Virtual Congress of SBPC\/ML<\/strong><\/a>, the Benchmarking and Laboratory Indicators Program (PBIL).<\/strong><\/p>

Next Saturday, September 4th, the company will participate in the pre-congress course, discussing different applications based on the program’s data.<\/p>

The Laboratory Indicators and Benchmarking course (CP 03) will start at 10am and will bring a team of professionals with experience in the use and discussion of this topic. They will break the content down into valuable issues such as decision making, strategic management, use of indicators and the integration of laboratory systems with the PBIL.<\/p>

The laboratory medicine market is constantly changing, demanding more and more agility and assertiveness in strategic decision-making. The use of benchmarking of laboratory indicators helps managers to identify weaknesses and strengths of the organization, based on concrete market data.<\/p>
