Un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/world\/2025\/aug\/14\/argentina-contaminated-fentanyl?CMP=share_btn_url\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">episodio reciente en Argentina<\/a> ilustra la gravedad de esta responsabilidad: lotes de fentanilo contaminado provocaron infecciones graves por <em data-start=\"488\" data-end=\"511\">Klebsiella pneumoniae<\/em> y <em data-start=\"514\" data-end=\"535\">Ralstonia pickettii<\/em>, algunas cepas resistentes a m\u00faltiples antibi\u00f3ticos, resultando en desenlaces cl\u00ednicos fatales en decenas de pacientes.<\/p><p data-start=\"219\" data-end=\"1075\">Casos como este evidencian la relevancia de pr\u00e1cticas que aseguren la confiabilidad de los resultados anal\u00edticos y, por consiguiente, la calidad de los productos disponibles en el mercado.
