Para avaliar seus processos, as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es utilizam sistemas de monitoramento de desempenho, frequentemente baseados em indicadores de desempenho (IND). Os INDs, alinhados com a harmoniza\u00e7\u00e3o da Federa\u00e7\u00e3o Internacional de Qu\u00edmica Cl\u00ednica (IFCC), foram submetidos mensalmente pelos laborat\u00f3rios participantes ao Metricare. A an\u00e1lise da evolu\u00e7\u00e3o do desempenho envolveu a compara\u00e7\u00e3o das medianas dos grupos para cada IND em uma amostra global. Os laborat\u00f3rios foram estratificados em grupos com base no status de acredita\u00e7\u00e3o: (A) Acreditados pela Sociedade Brasileira de Patologia Cl\u00ednica e Medicina Laboratorial (SBPC\/ML); (B) Acreditados por outros programas; (C) Laborat\u00f3rios n\u00e3o acreditados. As m\u00e9tricas Sigma (\u03c3) foram utilizadas para todos os INDs, exceto para o IND de satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o do paciente, expresso em porcentagem.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-42f93c0 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"42f93c0\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7d5bce2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7d5bce2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Resultados<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-27adc4e e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"27adc4e\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0f3e171 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0f3e171\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">Dois INDs (IR, \u03c3 5,2; SR, \u03c3 3,9) apresentaram desempenho semelhante em todos os 3 grupos. Os 4 INDs restantes demonstraram desempenho superior no grupo A. Por exemplo, no IND PTP, os laborat\u00f3rios do grupo A exibiram \u03c3 3,7, superando os grupos B (\u03c3 3,6) e C (\u03c3 3,4). Notavelmente, as diferen\u00e7as de desempenho entre laborat\u00f3rios acreditados por diferentes programas ressaltam a import\u00e2ncia da sele\u00e7\u00e3o criteriosa do programa.
