Os dados analisados inclu\u00edram o n\u00famero de participantes, os m\u00e9todos utilizados, o coeficiente de varia\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e9dio (CV) e o CV mediano para diferentes m\u00e9todos.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"has_ae_slider elementor-element elementor-element-1080f83 e-flex e-con-boxed ae-bg-gallery-type-default e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"1080f83\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1071a94 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"1071a94\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Resultados<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"has_ae_slider elementor-element elementor-element-2419526 e-flex e-con-boxed ae-bg-gallery-type-default e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"2419526\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-95f51dd elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"95f51dd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao TSH, 1.101 laborat\u00f3rios contribu\u00edram com 90.288 conjuntos de dados, com um CV m\u00e9dio diminuindo de 7,9% em 2007 para 4,9% em 2023 (p&lt;0.05) (Figura 1). Os m\u00e9todos inclu\u00edram quimioluminesc\u00eancia (CL) (788\/1291 &#8211; 61%), eletroquimioluminesc\u00eancia (ECL) (389\/1291 &#8211; 30%), imunoensaio enzim\u00e1tico (EIA) (82\/1291 &#8211; 6%), fluoresc\u00eancia enzim\u00e1tica (EF) (25\/1291 &#8211; 2%) e fluoresc\u00eancia (FL) (7\/1291 &#8211; 1%). Os CVs medianos observados para cada m\u00e9todo foram EIA 9,5%, EF 6,5%, CL 5,9%, ECL 4% e FL 2,7%. Os CVs medianos variaram significativamente entre os m\u00e9todos (p&lt;0.05). Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao T4 livre, 1.345 participantes forneceram 121.922 conjuntos de dados, com um coeficiente de varia\u00e7\u00e3o (CV) m\u00e9dio diminuindo de 7,6% em 2007 para 5,5% em 2023 (p&lt;0,05) (Figura 2). Os m\u00e9todos inclu\u00edram CL (940\/1608 &#8211; 58%), ECL (452\/1608 &#8211; 28%), EIA (157\/1608 &#8211; 10%), EF (45\/1608 &#8211; 3%) e FL (14\/1608 &#8211; 1%). O CV mediano observado para cada m\u00e9todo foi EF 8,7%, EIA 7,9%, CL 6%, FL 5,1% e ECL 4,4%. Notavelmente, o EIA apresentou o maior CV para TSH, enquanto o EIA e o EF apresentaram os maiores CVs para T4 livre. A diminui\u00e7\u00e3o consistente do CV ao longo do tempo destaca o papel dos EQAPs na eleva\u00e7\u00e3o dos padr\u00f5es dos laborat\u00f3rios cl\u00ednicos.
