Para promover a harmoniza\u00e7\u00e3o nos testes e relat\u00f3rios, o Consenso Brasileiro sobre Anticorpos Antinucleares (BCA HEp-2), estabelecido em 2000, e o Consenso Internacional sobre Padr\u00f5es ANA (ICAP), iniciado em 2014, colaboram para padronizar a nomenclatura e defini\u00e7\u00f5es do padr\u00e3o HEp-2 IFA. A segunda fase avaliou a acur\u00e1cia do reconhecimento de imagem para 22 padr\u00f5es adicionais, com acur\u00e1cia expressa em porcentagens. Todos os padr\u00f5es foram relatados usando o c\u00f3digo alfanum\u00e9rico (AC) definido pelo ICAP (www.anapatterns.org).<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"has_ae_slider elementor-element elementor-element-f61b9d2 e-flex e-con-boxed ae-bg-gallery-type-default e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"f61b9d2\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4966f4e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"4966f4e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Resultados<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"has_ae_slider elementor-element elementor-element-8931790 e-flex e-con-boxed ae-bg-gallery-type-default e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"8931790\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c6d79fa elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c6d79fa\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">Amostras negativas de IFA para HEp-2 (AC-0) foram identificadas corretamente por 95,2% dos participantes. As taxas de acur\u00e1cia das amostras positivas variaram: AC-1 (66,4%), AC-2\/30 (61,4%), AC-3 (94,1%), AC-4\/5\/31 (94,6%) e AC-8\/9\/10 (86,7%) (Figura 1). O reconhecimento de imagens em n\u00edvel de especialista teve uma m\u00e9dia de 69,7%, com taxas espec\u00edficas de 77,1% (nuclear), 82,4% (nucleolar), 72,2% (citoplasm\u00e1tica) e 67,3% (mit\u00f3tica). Para a maioria dos padr\u00f5es avaliados, mais de 85% dos laborat\u00f3rios atingiram o n\u00edvel competente. Alguns padr\u00f5es com uma taxa de acur\u00e1cia abaixo de 50% (QH, AC-14, AC-20, AC-26) representam uma limita\u00e7\u00e3o e destacam a necessidade de treinamento. No entanto, os padr\u00f5es nucleares com placas metaf\u00e1sicas positivas (AC-1, AC-2, QH, AC-29) apresentaram desafios significativos. Os padr\u00f5es citoplasm\u00e1ticos e mit\u00f3ticos foram reconhecidos de forma menos consistente do que os padr\u00f5es nucleares e nucleolares.
