The Online Meeting was led by Dr. Luciana Sartori, a veterinarian with a Master’s Degree in Animal Health from UEL and PhD degrees in Pharmaceutical Sciences and Experimental Pathology from USP. She has experience in antimicrobial resistance.

The session covered key aspects of preparing high-quality veterinary microbiology reports. Topics included regulations, technical and explanatory notes, interpretation of susceptibility criteria, and references used when preparing reports.

The content helped participants gain a better understanding of the main criteria involved in preparing antimicrobial susceptibility testing reports, enabling them to apply good practices and improve the communication of results in the routine of veterinary microbiology laboratories.
