Dear Participant, To facilitate laboratory management in the Laboratory Indicator Benchmarking Program, improvements and new functionalities were applied as follows:
1 – Control Center: 1.1 – The period of one year is now considered for counting “alerts and pending issues”, starting from the last month of Benchmarking generated.
2 – Analysis and Conclusion: 2.1 – Signaling the status of “Analysis and Conclusion” based on the color distinction of the information symbol for month “i”: blue when “Analysis and Conclusion” is disabled and orange when enabled, the latter indicating a pending issue
2.2 – Availability of the “Activate Automatic Closing” function: months that do not have rules violated have “Analysis and Conclusion” completed automatically, assigning a default text for the analysis history.
2.3 – Comments: permission to include attachments (pdf file, images, spreadsheets) in the month’s critical analysis.
2.4 – Future analysis: possibility of scheduling a future analysis, with a reminder alert to the user.
