More than a legal requirement, the Internal Week for Accident Prevention served as a strategic space to strengthen a culture of care and inclusion.

In this context, SIPAT (Internal Week for Workplace Accident Prevention) gains significance not only as an annual event but as an opportunity to connect physical, mental, and relational health with the organizational routine.
Making care a meaningful experience
In the 2025 edition, Controllab proposed a more experiential and participatory SIPAT. The program was led by the Internal Commission for Accident and Harassment Prevention (CIPA), in partnership with the team from Specialized Services in Occupational Safety and Medicine (SESMT) and the Ethics and Combatting Moral and Sexual Harassment Commission (CECA). The event also received strategic support from Firjan SESI, which contributed content and activities focused on promoting health at work.
In addition to essential topics, the initiative also brought important reflections on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the corporate environment.
The program included activities focused on mental health, such as guided meditation and cognitive exercises, emphasizing the importance of mindful breaks and emotional care as part of sustainable productivity.

Another activity that engaged the employees was the plastic bottle cap collection challenge, which combined purpose and sustainability. The initiative demonstrated how small actions can create social impact and strengthen the sense of belonging.
