To facilitate laboratory management in the Laboratory Indicators Benchmarking Program, an improvement was made to the graph available on the home page of the Online System.
From now on, it is also possible to evaluate how many indicators your laboratory tracks and monitors at each stage of your process, by stratifying the indicators enabled for each strategic area (Resource Management, Organizational Management, Processes and Demographics).
