The initiative aims to prevent accidents and occupational diseases, promoting well-being in the workplace.
Recently, Controllab reinforced its commitment to preserving life by holding the annual Internal Week for the Prevention of Occupational Accidents (SIPAT). Organized by the Internal Commission for the Prevention of Accidents and Harassment (CIPA), in partnership with the team from Specialized Services in Occupational Safety and Medicine (SESMT), the event aimed to promote the prevention of accidents and occupational diseases, as well as strengthen the culture of safety and well-being in the corporate environment.
CIPA, composed of representatives from various company sectors, plays a key role in identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing actions to ensure a safer and healthier work environment.
The SESMT team at Controllab contributes with the technical and regulatory knowledge provided to CIPA members, which is essential for risk assessment and the adoption of preventive and corrective measures. This collaborative work is crucial for protecting employees and aligning company practices with established safety standards.
Partnerships for Knowledge Promotion
SIPAT is one of the essential actions to strengthen the culture of safety and well-being in the workplace. Throughout the week, the initiative offered a series of lectures, workshops, and awareness activities, led by partner companies and professionals, covering topics ranging from accident prevention to promoting mental and physical health in the corporate environment.
This collaboration enriched the event’s program, providing an exchange of experiences and knowledge that empowered participants to identify potential hazards and take preventive action.
Contribution to Service Quality
Since 1977, Controllab has been dedicated to fostering quality and is committed to preserving life. The adoption of these preventive practices positively contributes to the organizational culture and operational results, creating a safe and healthy corporate environment. This care directly reflects in the continuous improvement of quality and the reliability of the services offered.
