In another participation in the pre-congress courses, the company will present real cases of Quality Control and explain how to extract information for the analytical routine
Controllab’s participation in the 2nd Virtual Congress of the Brazilian Society of Clinical Pathology and Laboratory Medicine (SBPC/ML) will start on September 4th, in the traditional pre-congress course. Starting at 2 pm, specialists from the company will discuss the topic “Analytical quality of laboratory systems: what can quality control data teach us? (CP 10)”.
Several lessons will be offered to participants based on real cases obtained from Quality Control (Proficiency Testing, Internal Control and Quality Specification) and discussing the information that can be extracted to optimize and improve the analytical routine of exams.
The course will present the following contents:
Internal Control: how to apply rules compatible with data behavior Ana Paula Gomes (Controllab Service Management Technical Analyst) |
Proficiency Testing: how to improve the analytical routine from the verification of reports Claudio Bastos (Controllab Service Management Technical Supervisor) |
Analytical Management: how to perform out an effective monitoring of processes in a simplified way Livia Soares (Controllab Service Management Technical Supervisor) |
The theme will address features that optimize data analysis and allow the Quality Control professional to dedicate themselves only to analyzing what they really need. The course will bring key points that will help to maximize time and, therefore, reduce costs and still ensure the quality of data reported to the patient or physician.
“Often the Quality Control data are signaling information that interferes with the analytical routine and the laboratories have difficulty in interpreting them, even in the face of alerts. Making this interpretation assertively is essential for decisions on which actions to apply”, says Claudio, who coordinates the course.
The activity will take place on September 4th (Saturday), from 2 pm, in room 03. The content will be divided into three blocks of 50 minutes, attributing dynamism and diversity of knowledge to those enrolled.
